August 30 - Inspiration from the Wilderness
This summer I found myself on deserted islands and steep cliffs around the North Sea. I quickly got lost in the spell of what is happening at the coastal rocks. Tens of thousands of birds on a vertical rock of 200 meters high. The chatter and the struggle of those nesting on tiny rounded sandstone ledges high above the sea. Proud parents defending their chicks against the attacks of the Great Skua and other predators. Beautiful to look at, but it's a hard world where animal behavior and decisions are determined upon the availability of food, reproduction and the possibilies of defending the nest. Sitting on top of the cliffs I saw a killer whale (orca) silently in the foaming North Sea in search of a seal meal.

During this trip into the wild I found lot's of inspiration for creating a new presentation that might be interesting for your business/ company.  (I will start creating it this winter). As the summer goes by the requests for presentations are trickling in. Selecting and fine tuning my best pictures from the thousands of photographs I made this summer will keep me bussy for months. Together with a colleague I am developing a new workshop for your business. More on this when our new website is online!

My wildlife gallery is updated with new portraits from the bird cliffs. To check them out,

Fine Prints
Matted and framed baryta prints for client
Matted and framed baryta prints for client
Example of matted and framed prints for a client. The photo's are printed on baryta fine art papers of A2 size and framed at 60x80cm. As an extra option, it is possible to use museum-glass. Museum-quality glass reduces glare when a work is viewed from different angles, minimizing the mirror-like effect of typical glass and improving the intensity of colors, details and brilliance of the photo.

If you don't like frames, I can offer canvas prints or when your budget is higher, a photo sandwiched in between a layer of dibond and plexiglass that gives a fantastic piece of art for your office or living room. Just contact me and I will be happy to show you some examples.

Photo agencies
As from now I will be represented by two photo agencies. These are really fine agencies which represent some of the World's best photographers in nature and wildlife photography. Dutch agency FotoNatura and Mindenpictures (USA) are the agencies and I am very happy with this cooperation. By these agencies a selection of my best nature, mountain and wildlife photographs become available to publishers and editors worldwide.
